Varese was founded on February 26, 1979, with the primary objective of manufacturing and marketing metal clamps, die-cut components, and aluminum injection and casting products.

Since its inception, continuous technological advancement and the steady development of its organizational structure have defined the company’s trajectory, positioning Varese as a highly competitive organization with more than 47 years of excellence and quality in the industry.

On July 14, 2017, KND Germany Parts acquired 100% of the shares of VARESE S.A. de C.V., integrating the company into the Blue Side Corporation group and strengthening its international presence.

The company’s name was inspired by the majestic Sacro Monte di Varese, located in the city of Varese in northern Italy — a symbol of tradition, heritage, and vision.
